Menu; fish cakes, thin sliced cabbage, tomatoes, rice and umeboshi puree
I made fish cakes from scratch. I used tinned salmon, mashed potatoes and green onions. I will try to write a recipe for it some time. It's really easy to make them. The sauce on the cakes is tonkatsu sauce. The sauce is originally for pork cutlet, but I use it for all sorts of things. My daughter loves the sauce :)
