Menu; Fish & ChipsThis is another typical British food. I've just noticed that I had British food two days in a row.
I love fish & chips! The fish is very similar to fish tempura in my opinion, and the chips are soooo lovely! chunky and natural! When I was living in Seattle about ten years ago, my Irish friend told me that British people put vinegar on chips. It was quite shocking to me. Vinegar on chips?!?!? For us, it's an odd combination - but now, I love it and have to have vinegar on chips. I suppose I'm anglicised after living here for 5 years :)
