Menu:YakisobaI wanted us to have lots of vegetables that day, and made yakisoba. Yakisoba means fried noodles. For the sauce, I used tonkatsu sauce and Wocester sauce. The green stuff on top is called aonori, green seaweed. It's a very popular dish in Japan, and we all enjoyed it.
