Dinner on 01/06/08

Menu: kakiage-don (kakiage on rice) and miso soup

I made kakiage-don using the leftover kakiage from the previous night. I simply cooked it in a pan with tentsuyu for a few minutes, and put it on rice. It was nice and easy, and yummy!
